Josh is a builder and developer with over 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. After attending Georgia Southern University, Josh returned to his hometown where he specializes in new construction and commercial real estate.
Josh holds his real estate license in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, affording him a deep understanding of the market. He is committed to helping clients find and build their dream properties. His expertise in new construction and commercial real estate has earned him a reputation as a trusted realtor and builder.
Jeffrey Norris
Owner
Jeffrey Norris is a co-owner and operator of Norris Development. He is a General Contractor with over 35 years of experience developing luxury communities.
Jeff is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in real estate development and construction. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Jeff has developed and constructed a variety of residential and townhome communities as well as luxury custom homes in the Tampa Bay area.
Jeff attended Florida Atlantic University and obtained his degree in Finance. He was previously employed in the financial area with Trammel Crow, a major developer, and Kimmins, a heavy construction company.
Jeff’s unique combination of financial and construction expertise has enabled him to successfully navigate the complex and dynamic real estate market. Whether working with clients to find their dream home or advising them on investment opportunities, Jeff is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service and expertise.
